WOW! What a wonderful weekend! It began on Friday with David’s retirement. He said it was a very weird feeling to drive away from the place he had been going to every day for over 30 years and knowing he would never be back. We had lots of friends and family show up for the weekend. We went to a Burlesque show on Friday night at the casino where we had the RV parked, then spent the rest of the weekend visiting with everyone that stopped by. We tried to take selfies with everyone, but we know we missed a bunch of people. Please post your photos in the comments if you have any to share. We feel very blessed to have such wonderful children, who took the time to come up to celebrate with us. We also are very fortunate to have the most amazing friends! There were so many people that stopped by to wish us well, before we set out on our adventure. Thanks everyone, we are truly going to miss all of you. Hope to see some of you on the road sometime!
